The Property

A well-appointed property with 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, spacious lounge/kitchen and generous terrace.

The property is located in Block A (refer to development page) on the 3rd floor and overlooks the well maintained gardens which is ideal for those who would like the option of using or participating in the developments entertainment and amenities, but also appreciates a quieter location to read a book or chat with family and friends.



Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with everything that you may need for a self-catering holiday including gas hob, extractor, tall fridge freezer, a variety of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, kettle and toaster. A steel safety deposit box and key is also provided for the safe keeping of passports and valuables.

Lounge
The Lounge has a sturdy yet stylish 3 piece suite (which can also be pulled out to form a sofa-bed that will sleep a further 2 persons in comfort) and a coffee table for added convenience. A ceiling fan has been installed to help keep you cool during the hottest months and a modern TV is also provided which receives a number of English Channels.
The functional breakfast bar provides an area for friends and family to sit and chat with those preparing any meals or drinks but the ideal place to enjoy such snacks and beverages is on the Terrace which leads directly from the lounge area.

Bedroom 1
This is a spacious twin room with plenty of storage space under the beds for your suitcases after you have unpacked your clothes and other personal belongings into the wardrobes and drawers. A dual Air Conditioner is installed for your added comfort (hot and cold air).
Additional facilities included are a hairdryer and oscillating freestanding fan.

Bedroom 2
This is a large comfortable double room with plenty of storage space for clothes and other personal belongings including a spacious wardrobe, two bedside tables and dressing table with mirror.
A dual Air Conditioner is installed for your added comfort (hot and cold air).
Additional facilities included are a hairdryer and oscillating freestanding fan.

Family Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling with hygienic ceramic tiles and has a mirrored cabinet to house your toiletries. Hot water is sourced from an energy efficient thermostatically controlled immersion heater – the higher the number the higher the temperature, simply leave this device switched on throughout the duration of your stay will ensure maximum convenience.
As in many European properties, the bathroom contains the washing machine which again is “A” rated for maximum energy efficiency. The shower is a free standing unit with double sliding doors.

The property is well maintained, cleaned by a Management Company weekly (including towels and linen) and comfortably sleeps 4/6 persons.
