Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering to book our accommodation

Prior to booking your accommodation, please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions as these define the fundamental legal agreement between ourselves;

1 - Accommodation

The accommodation will be as per the images and description detailed within the our website.
We endeavour to ensure the description and images are updated regularly so as to ensure a reasonably accurate portrayal of the accommodation.
The accommodation and linen will have been cleaned prior to your arrival, every 7 days thereafter and upon your departure.

2 - Payment

All PayPal, Credit and Debit card payments are processed using PayPal’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption Service for complete peace of mind.

3 - Cancellation and Insurance

Unfortunately, due to the general expense and inconvenience caused and loss of revenue, we do not refund any monies due to a customer’s request for cancellation or a no-show.
We respectfully suggest you consider taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

4 - Non-availability

We have invested in a fully automated hi-tech online booking system which ensures 100% correctness of our availability.
However in the extreme circumstance that your accommodation became unavailable for reasons beyond our control (for example due to urgent repair on water pipe) we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation without delay.
Again, in the extreme circumstance that we were unable to source you accommodation of a similar nature that is acceptable to you - then we would refund all monies paid by you.
Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

5 - Arrival

Reception/Security office on the development is available 24 hours a day 365 days per year, please ask for the keys upon your arrival.
Check-in times are from 6:00pm on an evening.
If you would like to check in a couple of hours before 6:00pm please contact us so we may liaise with the Management Team.

6 - Departure

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure and hand your keys back to reception.
(this time is often important to enable the Management Team and cleaners to be able to conduct their duties prior to the next arrivals).

7 - Damages, Breakages or lost Keys

Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the property including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair.
The costs for such damage will be taken from the Security Deposit you paid at the time of booking or your credit card used to secure the booking.
This also applies to anything that goes missing from the property during your stay.

8 - Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

9 - Parking

Ample parking is available at the side of the development for anyone wishing to bring/hire a car.

10 - Internet Access

Wireless internet access/code is available at the restaurant/bar. We are unable to guarantee the quality of the connection.

11 - Smoking

All rooms within the accommodation are non-smoking. Smoking is however permitted on the Terrace.

12 - Pets

Pets are not permitted.
